If you’re ready to collaborate with an experienced interior designer to review your building plans or discuss an upcoming project this is for you!

We’ll consider the interior and exterior of your home optimising the building plans to maximise style and functionality.

Whether you want to take it off your to-do list entirely or need help making some decisions, we’ll be as hands-on as you need.

How it works

We know every interior design project’s unique, requiring thoughtful planning to achieve the desired result.

Each project starts with a 2-hour consultation at our light-filled Lusheri Design office, stocked with gorgeous up-to-date samples of marble, tile mosaics, luxurious fabrics, and beautiful wooden door handles to spark inspiration and explore what you like and don’t like.

We’ll review your plans, answer any questions and provide suggestions as we clarify the project’s scope to confirm the work required moving forward.

After our initial consultation, we’ll also create a detailed proposal outlining the next steps, timelines, investment for our design and/or project management services, and initial design ideas for you to use even if you decide not to work together.

Once the proposal’s approved, contract’s signed, and invoice paid, we’ll initiate the design phase to create a home that’s uniquely you.

The fee for the initial consultation is $750 .

Example Interior Design Timeline

Week 1-2

Fill in Questionnaire (let us know the basics of your project
Discovery call (iron out the details, get to know each other and understand your unique design needs.
Book our initial consultation - bring your plans, discuss what you’ve got, review samples and ask any questions and start to shape your design vision

Week 2 -4

After our initial consultation we'll spend 3-4 hours putting together a detailed proposal; confirming rooms, outlining services and estimating the budget for your project
Once we agree on the scope of work we'll send through a contract and invoice
50% deposit (payable within 7 days) required to move into the design phase

Week 4-6

This is where the fun begins, we'll

Start creating design concepts and collating schedule of fittings, fixtures and more
Start liaising with trades and project managing
Book a second consultation to review design concepts, selections and refine the schedule
Keep you updated along the way

Week 6-12+

Depending on the scope & length of your project we might be ready to

Sign off on the final design, fittings, and fixtures
Book a 3rd and 4th consultation
Send remaining invoice
